Loki The Frilled Dragon RIP

UPDATE: Loki sadly passed away this December, 2011 about 2 weeks after I gave him back to the pet store. He was in good hands but sadly just too weak. RIP Loki.

This was my little Loki the frilled dragon that I no longer have. Loki was only 3 months old when I got him and unfortunately he was a very sick lizard. He had a metabolic bone disease that is caused by a lack of calcium. I had him for 3 months and did the best I could for him. I gave him back to the reptile shop I got him from and they said they will get him back to health and find him a new home! He was a great little guy and poor thing never felt the best so was very quiet and calm. He is venting in this picture with his frill open to regulate his heat.

I now have a 4 or 5 month old frilled dragon named Cymru that is very healthy and active. Cymru is from a different breeder and is completely different then Loki. Cymru is doing well and I am getting used to having such an active lizard! Loki is in great hands and should be better after awhile!
